Personal leadership competencies of Malaysian Matriculation College middle leaders

<span lang="EN-US">This study obtained expert consensus on the constructs of personal leadership competencies for Malaysia Matriculation College middle leaders using approach Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM). A list instruments containing proposed construct and all elements was given to 30 experts from various fields backgrounds. This study's finding indicates that most agree with competencies. The threshold values 14 tested met requirements d≤0.2. All agreements achieved targeted percentage, which is between 75% 100%. Alpha-cut value also requirement needed 0.878 0.950, 0.5 (α-cut≥0.5). Through FDM, defuzzification process carried out rearrange based experts' ranking agreed. successfully presented a new by considering crucial in leaders' Malaysian context.</span>
